Villa The Antigua is an incredible house designed in Guatemalan architecture and decor with spectacular ocean views! The Antigua is part of “Las Olas” community, an enclave of truly elegant custom homes located above the bay of Dominicalito, 700 meters from the beach, and 4km south of the town of Dominical. This location offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and valleys, and breathtaking white-water ocean views of Punta Dominical and Manuel Antonio to the north, and the Osa Peninsula to the south. The villa’s design allows for visitors to visually experience the richness of the Costa Rican coastline and enjoy modern amenities within a setting that encompasses Old World charm.

Rental Rates:
Rates are per week, in United States Dollars (USD) and do not include government taxes (13%).
Minimum stay: 1 week.
Rates include the luxury of daily cleaning and resort concierge services.

Payment and Cancelation Policies:
In order to reserve a villa, a 50% deposit of the total stay is required, and is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days during the peak season of December 19th through January 3rd). There will not be a refund for no-shows or cancellations within 7 days of arrival (21 days for Peak Season). A $1,500 (USD) security deposit will be required upon check-in. Providing that there are no damages to the rental unit, the deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out.
