Rates
Rates are per night, in United States Dollars (USD) and do not include government taxes (13%).
Minimum stay: 3 nights.
Rates include the luxury of daily cleaning and resort concierge services.

Payment & Cancellation Policies
In order to reserve a villa, a 50% deposit of the total stay is required, and is non-refundable. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days during the peak season of December 19th through January 3rd). There will not be a refund for no-shows or cancellations within 7 days of arrival (21 days for Peak Season). A $1,000 (USD) security deposit will be required upon check-in. Providing that there are no damages to the rental unit, the deposit will be refunded within 7 days of check-out.
