Description
Villa Katino is perched high above Mal Pais, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the beaches Mal Pais, Santa Teresa, and Playa Hermosa, reaching as far as Samara. The 55.000 sq. meter of land mountain property almost borders the Cabo Blanco National Park located at the southern tip of the Nicoya Peninsula. It is a 10 min drive from the property to the beach of Mal Pais and Santa Teresa. The premises consist of one two story main house and a guest house beside the swimming pool. The villa is luxuriously furnished providing an eclectic array of modern as well as ethnic and antique furniture to provide sumptuous living spaces. Bermuda grass, flowers and exotic fruit trees cover the 1000 sq. meter platform. From all angles you enjoy sweeping views of the beaches and most astounding sunsets. The 11 x 5 meter infinity pool with an ample beach entry is built between the main house and the guest house. The guest house is fronted by a large lounge with comfortable sitting areas and an open air kitchen. On the edge of the lounge area is the hot water Jacuzzi which affords breathtaking views down to the jungle and beaches.
