The chef's kitchen is fully appointed with stainless appliances and the bathrooms have been designed with top line Hansgrohe fixtures and ceiling mounted rain showers. Every bedroom comes equipped with individually controlled air conditioning. Ceiling fans are also mounted throughout the house as an alternative. The Estate is staffed with a full time groundskeeper. Daily housekeeping is warmly provided. A private gourmet chef is available upon request and on-site childcare is easily arranged.

Peak Holidays

Four (4) night minimum stay. Seven (7) night minimum stay for Holiday periods.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance, along with a $1000 security deposit, will be due 45 days prior to arrival. Your security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of check-out.

Sandy Lane Estate accepts payment via bank wire transfer.
