Vacation Rental Information
• November 1st, 2009 – August 31st, 2010: $3700/week
• September 1st, 2009 – October 31st, 2009: $2500/week
• Dec. 20th, 2010 – January 10th, 2011: $5000/week
• Thanksgiving Week, Easter and Spring Break Week, 2010: $4000/week

All rates include 2 hours of daily maid service for 5 of the 7 days. Extra hours of maid service could be arranged for $5.00/ hour.

Last Minute Rates: Inquire about last minute rates. We sometimes have cancellations and time slots we’d like to fill at a reduced rate.
Security Deposit: $500 returned within 10 days of checkout. Longer term rentals may require larger security deposit.
Please Note: No Pets Allowed & No smoking indoors. Thank You.
Rental Rate Notes: Nightly and Weekly rates are based on occupancy of 10 guests. There are no accommodations for extra persons. 50% of rental fee and security deposit are due when the reservation is made or 90 days prior to reservation date (whichever is less). Balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Refunds: All reservations canceled are subject to a cancellation charge of $100 plus $35 wiring fee. For reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, no refund will be made if the home is not rented for the reserved period. If the home is re-rented, all monies will be refunded less the $100 cancellation charge and wiring fees. No refunds will be made for early departures or if number in party decreases.
