The March House, a stylish luxury beach front rental home, is a retreat on the serene Pacific side of Costa Rica's Nicoya Peninsula. Built for escape in soothing tropical comfort for sophisticated travelers, March House's contemporary minimal design, and completely private accommodation, provides the most intimate stay anywhere nearby. No clutter, no annoying interruptions, no noise but nature's own; easy, pure, and blissful. Once you arrive, you may never want to leave. The March House has the most spacious and comfortable accommodation in Mal Pais. It is secluded, private, and great for anyone wishing for discreet or anonymous traveling. The styling of March House is minimalist, not distracting from decor, but harmonious with the tranquil world just outside, serving as an escape from big-city lives, and a sanctuary for docile relaxation and meditation.

This 4400 square feet luxury rental beach house boasts five distinct, separate bedrooms with built-in fixtures, ceiling fans, large closets, and intimate baths. Hand-carved, louvered doors open each room wide to the tropical flora, warm sun, and undulating surf, blurring the line between inside and out. Read a book on the daybed outside your room, soak in a bath while watching the sunset, or enjoy dinner with friends. At March House, no one has to know you are here, unless you want them to. In addition there is a fully equipped kitchen, including large American stainless steel fridge/freezer, eye-level oven and microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, juicer, blender, coffee maker, food processor. There is full cutlery and crockery for 12 people. If you’d prefer someone to do the cooking for you for that special dinner we can arrange the services of our exclusive top chef. Prices on request There is a stereo/CD player with a connection for your iPod. The Living Area has over-sized sofas, large daybed, center table with mood-light, plenty of open space, louvered doors opening all of south wall to patio, dining area with table for twelve. A large patio seamlessly integrates outside with inside space, with four over sized reclining cushioned deck chairs, views of palm and mango trees with beach beyond. Monkeys, toucans, and iguanas climb through the trees at all hours of the day. This semi-private cove is just 50 meters from patio, with soft sand, easy walk to ideal swimming, surfing, and fishing spots.

Also in walking distance are yoga classes, restaurants, a fresh fish market, and a surf school. Anything you could want or need is available to you as a guest of The March House. Special requests? Just ask! We are happy to accommodate you. There is plenty of space for families or large groups.

Five bedroom modern minimalist tropical Costa Rica rental beach house: with large open-plan living/seating /dining/kitchen areas all flowing seamlessly onto patio looking directly toward beach, just 75 meters away. The five bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, two having large custom baths with views, ceiling fans in each room, and built-in natural cooling airflow, with a fountain and water trough running along east side. Fertile mango, coconut, banana and orange trees abound along with abundant native fragrant flowers.

• Master bedroom upstairs: super king size bed, en-suite double shower, large double custom made concrete bathtub with beach views, double custom made sinks, lavatory and built in cupboards.
• Guest bedroom 2: super king size bed, en-suite custom made concrete bathtub with sunset views, shower, double sinks, lavatory and built in cupboards. Private patio and daybed.

The March House security deposit and booking policy
- 50% of rental quote due at time of booking, and the other 50% 49 days/7 weeks before arrival
- Cancellations with more than 12 weeks prior to their arrival, get 70% of their deposit returned
- Cancellations within 12 weeks to 49 days prior to their arrival, get 50% of their deposit returned
- Cancellations within 49 days prior to their arrival, no refund
- The Security Deposit is additional to the deposit to book the property.The Security deposit of $1000 will be left with our concierge on check-in (in cash) and will be returned in full assuming no damages, on departure.
