Description:
Casa Iguana is part of a four house gated residential complex set on a four acre lot with 100 meters of beachfront. By road, we are located approximately one mile (1.2 km) north of the center of town, or on the beach, we are pretty much right in the middle. The Iguana house is located less than 70 yards/meters from the beach, and has a walking access putting it only a few minutes away.

This cute and comfortable 800 square foot (75m2) two bedroom one bath house is surrounded by tropical hardwood trees and exotic local fauna. The kitchen is well equipped with a 16 cubic foot refrigerator, four burner gas stove and oven, dining room set for four, toaster, blender, coffee maker and more. The adjoining living room area has matching hardwood furniture set and is tastefully decorated Costa Rican style. The bedrooms are both the same size. One has a queen bed and the other one has two singles. Both bedrooms have ample closet space and A/C, and of course there is hot water. An outdoor back terrace provides an area to hang wet bathing suits, and an outdoor shower.

The house has a wonderful outdoor terrace with palm roof with chairs and hammocks. This is a good place to share quality time with friends and family or to simply read a book and relax. Also, maid service, gardener, a safe and an ADT alarm system are all provided for your comfort and peace of mind.
