Rental Availability
Villa Catalina is currently available by the night (3 night minimum) or weekly.
Reservations
A 50% deposit of your weekly rate is required to make your reservation (25% for a year in advance). The balance of the rental fee is due 30 days before your rental. Payments can be made via credit card or wire transfer.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 60 days or more in advance will be refunded in full, minus 10% rebooking fee.
