Rental rates:
Rates vary with occupancy and season.
• High Season (December 1 to April 30): up to 10 persons: $600 daily or $4,000 weekly (extra person up to 12 maximum: $100 per person per day or $5,000 weekly).
• Green Season (May 1 to November 30): All rates reduced by 20%.
• Rainy Season (September and October): All rates reduced by 35%.
• Christmas week (December 26, 2009 to January 3, 2010): $9,500.
• Easter week (March 27 to April 4, 2010): $7,000.
